| Job Description : |
This is an excellent opportunity for a talented web designer who enjoys
working in a fast-paced, team environment. Company's Marketing team
conducts over 800 marketing campaigns each year.
This position will assist the U.S. design team with all aspects of
front–end web design. Projects may include: design build-out and
maintenance of web products, corporate website maintenance, custom
landing pages, etc.
This is a web design support position with an emphasis on production
oriented tasks. The ideal candidate will possess excellent coding
abilities with good basic design skills.
Candidates without online portfolios or online examples will not be
considered. |

| Candidate Requirements : |
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Excellent communication skills – verbal and written
- Two years professional experience
- High level of comfort hand-coding
- Expert level XHTML and CSS skills
- Ability to construct tableless layouts
- Knowledge of cross-browser compatibility issues
- Strong understanding of web standards
- Solid knowledge of Photoshop
- Solid information design and page layout experience
- Understanding of usability principles
- Understanding of SEO (search engine optimization) techniques
- Familiarity with client-side scripting
- Proficiency with Javascript and ASP preferred but not required
- Proficiency with MS Office

- Update and maintain all content
- Code pages with SEO in mind
- Ensure site pages are standards-based
- Ensure compliance with web style guide
- Collaborate with marketing team to address site strategy
- Use flat comps and wireframes to construct pages
