Account Group Head (CS & BD) - BANGALORE

Experience: 5-6 years relevant experience in Business development and Servicing in Events and promotions. With a minimum of 2-3 years in leading a team
Qualifications: Postgraduate/Graduate in Advertising, or relevant degree / MBA in Marketing 
Age: Below 35 years

Job Profile/Description :
A Business development profile -the candidate should be able to gain access to and develop strong business relationships, as well as develop ongoing relationships. Enabling clients to Embrace us as partners in their product marketing. Should be proficient in developing and presenting integrated communication plans. Should be able to independently lead a team.
 
Other/Special Requirements :
Good Communication, interpersonal Skills and a Team Player. Conceptual Skills:-Understanding of Marketing in Events, Promotions & exhibitions. People Skills:- Ability to Understand and build a business relationship with marketing professionals. Leadership Skills:- Ability to prioritize, meet deadlines and quality standards. Ability to work with targets. Preference will be given to the individuals who have an understanding of Operations, with exposure to planning. Relevant experience in the BTL Industry necessary. Candidates with strong client relationships will be preferred
