| Job Description : |
Create and manage customers for Company's Security products
- Identification of customers (system integrators and
distributors)
- Development of relationship network within existing and new
customers including ADI partners
- Enable customers to consider the Company as partner of choice
Manage all sales activities for Security products in designated
geographic area. Sales activities include complete selling cycle:
- Working with customers to include the Company's Security
products in end-user specifications of security projects and
enabling customers to win end-user contracts for security projects,
- Creating best solution for customers from Security product
portfolio
- Successfully completing profitable sales to customers (price
negotiation within standard / allowed discount structure; invoice
and supply chain coordination; delivery of product and cash
collection)
- Own the sales target for the region and for each signed partner
Support past customers & maintain links with them
- Maintain information on customer satisfaction with Company's
Security products
- Support customers to get requisite training & product support
from the Company
- Help customers get support to manage product warranties / repair
if required
Work with Company's Security teams across India to support growth
/ sales
- Support other geographical teams to close sales for system
integrators headquartered in own region
- Work with vertical solutions team for complete selling cycle of
strategic / high priority projects
- Manage sales team within own region to meet all primary
functions and responsibilities
Create industry networks to establish Company as the premier
company for security products
- Network with consultants, end-customer security professionals,
industry organizations
- Create information networks to identify end-customers early to
enable Honeywell to help end-users in finalizing their requirements
- Create networks to ensure information about competition
